Three Rivers have been recently been appointed the Case Construction and New Holland franchise and are looking for another Sales Person to join the team.
Reporting to the Sales Manager, Three Rivers is now seeking a full-time Sales Person for the local region. The position is to be based at one of our branches in Dubbo, Gilgandra, Narromine or Warren. Regular travel is required between branches and on farm to customers.
About the Job
Visit current customers and accurately qualifying their equipment needs for the future.
Actively source new customers and generate leads.
Forecast and plan for whole good requirements and forward orders of Case machinery, plant equipment.
Work with our Management team to learn the business from the back end, forward.
Meeting or exceeding sales goals.
Negotiating all contracts with prospective customers.
Helping determine pricing schedules for quotes, promotions, and negotiations.
Preparing weekly and monthly reports.
Giving sales presentations to a range of prospective customers.
About You
You have a balanced mix of sales acumen, service, and business ethics to seek out and close sales deals. You are persuasive and influential in your nature, present in a professional manner and go above and beyond to offer exemplary service.
You have a proven track record in sales and understand the industries of construction and civil works, their practices, and culture therein.
You demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills, presentation skills and time management skills.
Qualifications and Experience
Minimum of 2 years experience in a sales position.
Ag or Construction experience.
